Our Process: 3 Month Career Catalyst

Here is what you can expect as we coach you through the 4 pillars of our career coaching service:

  1. Strengths and Values Inventory; You will gain confidence, appreciate your skills, understand what is important to you and recognize possibilities
  2. Authentic Direction Discovery; Explore options and make decisions about your next career move
  3. Career Transition Plan;  Craft the right messaging for resumes, LinkedIn and applications, emphasize your value for networking conversations, andmap out the steps to reaching your goals
  4. Goal Realization: Execute your plan with our side by side guidance, strategic coaching, advocacy, and creative problem solving

Our career coaching services include a wide range of assessments, professional branding, mindset readiness, resume and LinkedIn optimization, networking & recruiting contacts, interview coaching, negotiation skills, and more.

  • Assessments include: 16PF, Harrison, SkillScan, MyersBriggs, TalentLens, MSCEIT, Hogan and more.

We only work with 10 clients at a time to ensure fully customized service.

Fulfillment Policy:

  • Refund policy — We do not offer refunds once service has begun except in the case where the coach is not able to deliver service.  If service has not begun and the client has fully paid but decides not to move forward, a $500 deposit will be retained.
  • Delivery policy — Deliver of coaching services is over video conference (Zoom) unless otherwise specified.
  • Return policy – Not relevant for coaching.  No returns.
  • Cancellation policy — Customers can cancel service anytime- refunds will typically not be given.
