MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR LIFE AND CAREER – 6 MONTH COACHING & MENTAL FITNESS PROGRAM
Work with us over 6 months to experience immediate and sustained improvements in both your wellbeing and performance. Our coaching includes the Positive Intelligence mental fitness program and weekly coaching sessions. We will coach you to (1) determine what’s most important to you right now, (2) articulate why it’s important and (3) set goals that you are excited about, (4) troubleshoot and stay the course, and (5) achieve your dreams.
Over our lifetimes, we develop patterns that do not serve us well–we get in our own way, in one way or another. This leads to not believing we can do certain things, not putting ourselves first, not staying focused, not having follow through, just to name a few examples–everyone has different patterns of self sabotage.
The first step of the program is an assessment to help you identify your top saboteurs. From there, the plan is to develop mental fitness by exercising muscles on the practical, non emotional, side of your brain that intercept instinctive, unhelpful reactions and feelings that pop in and sabotage your thoughts, perspective, and outlook. Once you’ve interrupted the sabotage pattern, you can access more intelligent and logical problem solving.
