The pandemic put many workers (especially caretakers) in their prime years to the sidelines, but we’re seeing a steady increase in people ready to come back to work. In fact, women aged 25-54 who went back to work in May rose 77%, the highest level since 1948.
It’s an exciting time to be starting a new career, jumping back into an old one, or considering a switch!
