💡 What positive things do you get from your chosen career?
💡 What seems important about the careers you did not choose?
💡 What would you like to have more of, or less of, at work?
💡 How can you adapt your current role accordingly and can your team or manager help?
💡 Is this the time to define a plan to grow professionally in a more satisfying direction or plan to in the future?
Give yourself credit for everything you have learned and achieved.
Consider what control you have and what you could do with it!
Feeling in control > Making a plan > Anticipating something good > Feeling happy > Motivated to keep going!
