Negotiation can also include discussions on flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, or additional perks that enhance your overall job satisfaction.

1οΈβ£ Research Pays Off: Know your market value. Research industry standards, company norms, and the cost of living in the job location to determine a fair and competitive package.

Start negotation with the smaller aspects and leave salary for the end – if you don’t get the number you want, go back to the other smaller items to balance your package. “If you can’t meet my salary, I would like to increase my vacation days…etc.”
